Default Anyone ever used AutoHaus Imports (Auto Source LLC Inc) for service before?

This place claims to be the oldest independant authorized audi dealer in the state of colorado and it looks like they perform service as well (to what extent I'm not sure). I'm looking at them (as well as Audiworks LLC in Parker) to perform the 40k service on my TT. I haven't decided who yet, nor have I called either to get a price estimate on the service. Regardless, I'm looking for anyone here who has service experience at either location to give me the thumbs up or thumbs down for one or both service locations. TT-Quattro'ers feedback strongly requested. Thx in advance.

http://www.autohausimports.com/Home.html</a

Default I looked at some Audi's there about 2 years ago....

It seemed to be a one man business, operated out of a suite and parking lot of a small business area. The owner/salesman Pat told me they didn't do services; I would have to take the Audi to a dealer or my own mechanic. That was 2 years ago, so it might be different now.

I avoided the place after I discovered that VIN's on several cars did not match the "for sale" notices posted on the windows. When I CarFax'd the VIN's on the notices, those VIN's didn't exist. There could have been a valid reason, but I didn't want to deal with that sort of hassle, or a car yard so sloppy with their paperwork.

Autohaus ratings

Default **** AUTOHAUS IMPORTS!!!

The owner Pat C NEVER REPAID ME MY DEPOSIT FOR THE AUDI I BOUGHT!!!

Everytime I would call and/or visit he would have some excuse as to why he wouldnt give it to me.

I couldnt even get the money back from the credit card company as it was out of the grace period.

So..I send a report to the BBB...they sent him several letters about the complaint...never responded.

check his report on the BBB

http://www.denverbbb.org/custom/search.cfm

seems he has several issues and none he resolved.

Default You bought your S4 there? We looked at a 03 A6 2.7T there. Guy seemed sketchy. Wouldn't budge...

on the price either. He never called me back. At least, until after I bought my new 04 from Prestige. =P

Pat sure was an a-hole.

Default Parker Audiworks is good...

I've used them a couple of times on my Coupe and former 4000 quattro. I know one guy that has been a dedicated customer for years, highly recommends them. Not a lot of people here have used them, so it may be tough getting more feedback, but my experiences have been positive.

Mike, the owner, is a former master Audi tech from Prestige.

Default I'll 2nd that. They do a good job and were fair working on my S4.

I think they prefer older Audi's though or something that's not a pia like the S4.
