First post... but promise to be a regular contributer if i get this new-er ride.

i found a great car, but im not happy with the price from the audi dealership. They are listing it at 30,900 for an 2005.5 a4 w/ low 30s on the odo. When i tried to get them to drop the price they came back with 29,900.

I then thanked the sales guy for his time and walked out.

is this a good price? I would have thought i could have done better on a 3 year old car coming off a lease.

I think dealers will hike up the prices on the Avant manauls because they are rare.

I have an 06 Avant 2.0T Quattro and I think the sticker when new was only $35K something, so that price seems high to me.

thanks adam. Im really dissapointed in this dealership. I called the used car manager and left a message 2 days ago and he wont even return my calls. How do these people do busness w/ this kind of customer service?

Definitely not buying from prestige.
