Default DAMN you CDOT/TRex!!

Hit a huge pothole today on I-25 S (far R lane by Arapahoe for those traveling in the area). Totally bent the rim. Anything I can do to get CDOT to pay for my Woody's repair? Anybody w/ experience w/ this type of thing?

Default Colorado is a no fault state -- oops not anymore

You can try, I tried about 10 years ago the last time they did major I-25 construction with something similar. I received a letter basically telling me to kiss off.

Default Get the contractors name on that piece of the project..A buddy collected earlier in the year

by contacting the contractor directly. Relatively painless

Default My buddy called the company posted on the orange sign in the area..if there isn't one, I would think

CDOT or the Trex coordinator would have a list of contractors working on a particular area.

You might try trexproject.com...At a minimum you should be able to find some phone numbers to get started.

Good luck!
