Good traffic lawyer reccomendations for Boulder County?
So I was pulled over last week just past 128 on HW93 in front of the gravel plant. The officer said he thought I was going around 80 in a 55 but never said or showed me an actual speed. He then proceded to "give me a break" and lower the fine and points.
Also my valentine never went off so I wasent sure if I was just unlucky or he didnt get me and just assumed that since I have a louder car that I was speeding due to the noise level. Any one have reccomendations on how I should handle the situtaion, or what lawyers are good?

Cops don't have to have radar or laser to give you a ticket.
They can just use their judgement, though it's a lot harder to get that to stick in court.
I'd show up to contest it, but forget a lawyer. Your going to pay more to the lawyer than the ticket and slight hike in insurance premiums...... if they even find out.

go plea, and get the meeting with the DA. There you will get the details of the citation
officer's notes, what equipment was involved (laser, radar, etc.). Don't make any decisions until you get that.

Yep, and be aware that the DA will know that the officer "cut you a break" and will be MUCH less
likely to do more for you....just based on my own experiences.
You may have to fight it.
