Horn location

Can someone please tell me where the horn is located on a 98 2.8 A4? I just bought the car and the horn doesn't work.

i can tell ya where its at on a...

2000 S4... behind the bumper. not sure if its the same for the A4.

behind the lower grill on the passenger side

the 98 doesn't have one on each side? I know > 99.5 has one on each side
