I feel your pain
When we bought our CPO A6, it had 32,500 on it. They had done the 30K during the CPO process, when the wife took it in for some other repairs, at like 32,800 they performed the 40K service on it. They said the next service will be at 50K. I think that at 40K I might spend the money myself and have the 40K service redone. I'll be doing oil changes every 3500 to 4K miles anyhow, so I'm not overly concerned about. Kinda makes me made though.

Man, I think I'd ask them where they get off doing service 7k early
and that you expect at least the oil change to be done at 40k, if not everything. That's ridiculous of them to do that.
