I have the H&R Race Springs, one word of advice, keep an eye on them. Mine, and many others have broken. I was able to get mine replaced by H&R and love them still, but just keep an eye on them.
Everything else is top notch there! So...when do we see pictures?

and see if you can't work that in and bring it back to a level that your happy with. I've used shoe polish in a pinch (for a show) once, and when applied correctly, it won't wear off on your clothes, but that's hardly a longterm fix. ;-)
Worst case, I have a guy in town that does amazing dye work and will make that sucker look brand new. The leather loses it's "perfectly molded" baseball glove feel although and becomes firmer. Not pleather firm, but not as it left the factory either. The end product is spectacular on black seats (lighter colors look decent as well). Docwyte has a different guy that did his old UrS local as well IIRC.
Low end grunt is a tough one. 034 sells a number of turbo options that spool at various rev ranges, although you will tend to give up top end power for low end grunt. My car doesn't make full boost until 3,800 - 4,000, but from there to 7K, it rips your head off. It's a trade off and in my opinion, these cars make the most smiles on the top end pull. And, as I'm sure you know, ball bearing turbo's will give you more sooner on the bottom end as well, but nothing (to my noob knowledge) will give you that V8 and / or B5 S4 instant punch that you had before.
I love 10 valve and 20 valve 5 cylinder engines with a passion, and the lag is part of the character for me, but I can understand how having more out of shoot is always a good thing. My car is handful on hot days with the A/C running, starting off on a hill. A kid on a Powerwheels could beat me to 60.. ;-)
HTH and shoot me a note if you want to go for a spin.

http://www.liquidleather.com/</a
