Just a few pics from the autocross this weekend.....

This was a really cool '81 Audi 4000 5+5.

The course was very fun but required really clean lines. I didn't figure the course out until my final run. It was cool though. My brother and I both drove in the same heat, and we kept switching leads. He started out with a 68.2 then I got a 66.2. He then got a 65.9 and I screwed up and got a 69. His third run he improved to 65.8 but I passed him with a 65.4. On his final run he improved to 65.1 but I pulled it together somewhat and got a 63.9. Brotherly rivalry is fun.
And on a sidenote, that Audi 4000 (which was in the same class as my brother) ended up with a best time of 67.4.

That would be awesome,
not going to happen for me though. No more vacation time, plus I don't have time to get the car up to road racing standards by then. My rear brakes would last about three laps in their current state.
