Default Maybe it was epoxy which as a little bit more life to it...

But, overall I think the lawsuit is silly, and he was stuck there for 15 minutes?? Now, if the Home Depot employees ignored his call for help for 3 hours or something like that I could understand. But 15 minutes? It would take me that much time to build up the courage to actually call out to someone in the first place.

I agree. Plot to get $$$ because who would sit on a toilet seat with gook on it? Fails common sense
