I had a very similar situation with losing my brother inlaw
in Feb 04, parents wanted to see the car, mom decided not to after thinking about it more, but Father inlaw and I did - it help me seeing the car and understanding that he did not suffer, that death was quick. This was the hardest thing our family has ever seen/ went thru. We were able to find some of his belongins that meant the world to us.
Right now it may seem like the last thing they want to see, but it helps the healing process, at least it did for me..
His family is in our prayers...

If you guys are up to it, I would like to have a small display in Mike's memory at DATR...
We have also decided to dedicate the entire event to his memory. The goal here is to reciognize all of his efforts, show all he has done for the community and to provide a place where people who only knew him on the forums might be able to really understand him a bit better.
Would someone be willing to put togehter a display or something to use in this effort? If you guys, or the family, have any objection to the idea please let me know, but our show committee really wanted to do this.

Sad, awful news :(
I remember meeting Mike and I believe Mark one day randomly at Noodles & Co off 287. They noticed that I had obviously modded my car and we chatted for a good while about cars and the shop. Sad to see such a nice person leave us at an early age.
