need recomendations for sushi in boulder

I've been to Japango once, and have no problem going back to try it again sometime. Especially with their all you can eat deal.
Part of my preference for Tora is the simple decor, chefs and friendly waitstaff. The food at both was comparable as far as quality I believe, although admittedly I've been to Tora many times more than Japango. From experience, I can say that Tora is more traditional and most closely resembles a sushi shop you would find in Japan.
