Default Neil - burning the candle at both ends as usual - wish you the best in your recovery
When I first moved to the Bay Area I would watch the hang gliders there but every other weekend it seemed we would loose one - and they were all experienced gliders with 5-7 years - so that told me there were issues that were not dependent on knowledge at play.
