So, I put a dose of the BG44K in the AR last night and filled up with 91. Temp was -15f when I turned the lights out at midnight. Started the car this morning at 0830, temp -5f no rough starting problems. [no studdering, shaking, caughing, bad smells from exhaust] That stuff aint cheep, $26 bucks a bottle, but if that did the job, so be it. I'll wait till I go through the next tank of gas to verify the results. Not sure what to say to dealer who gave me the octaine song and dance story, but some how I doubt he'll be forking over the $26 bucks.

The guy said, this was the best stuff, hands down! [credit of discovery due to AW folks]He recamended using it at the beginning of the winter each year to get all the H2O out of the system, and keep things clean. He didn't seem to think using it on a new car should be necassary, but said it shouldn't hurt anything either way. Don't know what the problem was, but if that fixed it, and kept me out of the dealer's garage, I'm happy.
