It's recommended to use this every 44k miles or once a year. Certainly I think you have to remember that this is a fuel injection cleaner and is something to be used as preventative maintenance. It is not intended to substitute for a good intake cleaning or fuel system flush. They have an in between additive, I think M3000, or something like 3000. This is good to do at your oil changes, or every 3000 miles. You'll find a lot of mechanics offer BG's line of products and service, i.e. fuel injection clean, radiator flush, engine flush etc. They have a good line of products, in my opinion. Napa, Advance Auto Parts, pretty sure Auto Zone. European Auto Parts, Bap Geon.
