Took me almost an hour from Westminster to Louisville. The road snow drifts are causing a traffic nightmare!!! Along w/ all the closed roads..holy crap! Saw probably a dozen stuck or off the road cars including a full sized snow plow!

fun times for cars with rwd / no snow tires
saw a few literally standing still, blown sideways across the road from wind / no traction

are much deeper than they appear....as a few commuters found out the hard way.
I made it home safely, but there is some serious ice on the bottom of the drive....at least 2 inches thick for about the first 15 feet of the drive. Hoping the sun melts some off today, or softens it up so I can chip it off with a yard shovel.

She just headed right up the road against traffic. I started flashing my high beams..she finally stopped and just put her hands on her head in amazement how stupid she was

Highway 52 was a bitch, I25 to E470 was a bitch, Lookout road was a NIGHTMARE.
I was up at 6:30 to take my boss to the airport, because the cabs had a tough time trying to get to her house, and I luckily left my phone on. So, call up the trusty snow steed (tongue in cheek), and drop her off.
Got into real work today at 9a.m.
Observations, some Coloradans just don't know how to drive. They either drive to slow, backing up the road making conditions worse for the driver's behind them, or drive too fast, getting themselves into an accident, backing up the road behind them.
