got a 2001 S4, 72k, all maintenace up to date, for $20k, take it or keep it?

Default Put it this way, the B5S4 is steadily declining in resale
so if you want to sell it anytime soon, take this offer

I sold mine on Saturday for $20K...mine had 66K miles.
