Modern does great work for a good price. Plus they only work on european cars. Not to mention they have a great bunch of guys working over there.
Slipstream gets referrals from Stammler. When you dont like the price Stammler is quoting you, they'll refer you to Slipstream. Slipstreams prices seemed just slightly less than the dealership. I've talked to them on two different occasions and decided to take my business elsewhere.

They have done some of the work on our 944 race car and I know some of they guys there. Bill Picardo is one of the head guys and is VERY knowledgable. When he's not working at the shop he races an old Audi Coupe GT in SCCA and he is also one of the foremost SCCA tech inspectors in the country. He was head of tech at this years Runoffs! Ken Pike is also a wrench and SCCA racer.
So, I've had good experiences there and would recommend them. Just my 2 cents.
