Speeding ticket in Castle Rock?

My buddy got a speeding ticket on I-25, how is the DA down there? Any luck on getting them reduced? Any info would be appreciated.

He's toast... That place is ticket central. Nothing else in that area.

Should be able to...

I haven't heard of someone not being able to pay it early and getting it reduced a couple points.. If not you can go to court, they'll probably reduce it a couple also.
