Default Tai-Gun in broomfield is now under new managment and the experience was not good

give them a few weeks to work out the kinks:

took 20 minutes just to get water and order
the soup will be 1/3 filled and only have 1 tofu square in it
took 55 minutes to make 5 rolls
they took the taigun roll off the menu
their music cd skips - rod stewart no less
you have to ask for pickled ginger now
dont expect the rolls to look professional, they will all fall apart
you'll have to ask for a refill on your water
when you complain about the aforementioned things to the manager, you'll get a "i'm sorry, here's your full-price check"
oh yea, and the prices went up

all in all a very disappointing experience since the old tai-gun was a-game.

as far as i am concerned, the place burned down.

Default all those are bad things, but when I got to Rod Stewart I think I threw up a little in my mouth...

check out Hibachi in Westy at the Promenade. Not as good as Sushi Tora in Boulder, but consistent and much closer.

Kohw Thai from Boulder is authentic and the Thai chef is going to open a second one in Broomfield near 287 and Midvale???
