Agreed that Taste of Philly is pretty good.
Having moved here from Philly, I've been skeptical of all of the cheesesteak places out here. But, I can say Taste of Philly is pretty good. I think I read somewhere that they use Amoroso rolls, which is the standard in Philly.
I haven't heard of or tried Tatum's, but I'd be willing to put it up to the taste test. ;-)

Tatum's uses Amoroso rolls and has other Philly style dishes
A friend of a friend of mine in Miami on Facebook was going on about his favorite CS place outside of Philly. Turns out he lives in Golden, so being a wannabe CS fan I had to ask. Will check it out the next time I go skiing.
