check your motor and tranny mounts would be my guess..
BTW, looks like you can drive well enough by the 1.8 60's, but your trap speed seems a little low for a stage 3, Have you dyno'd? I only did one run on 91 oct at bandi, but I still think I trapped about 106ish..
