Default We'll already be on the road by then. Maybe next time...

seems like we always miss each other when we're in the same state.

Hope the deal with the car goes smoothly and you have a safe trip back to SLC.

Default From Broomfield - if you are only a few miles from I-25 then head over there

287 from there goes through lots of traffic lights to Fort Collins and if you can skirt around on I-25 it will be easier.

If I was here this weekend I would offer to meet you for lunch or something in FTC.

Default Thanks for the tip. So it's I-25 up to FTC, 287 to I-80 near Laramie.

I wish I had time to hang out in CO for a few days, meet some of the guys there & pick up some goodies from Avalon. I talked to Zev & they are all gone different places for the weekend.

Maybe if the UT guys get some good drives/events going and once the track opens here we can have a big UT/CO group hug.

Default Yeah, 287 is fun from FTC to Laramie.

I take I-25 to 287 and on up to I-80. That was the route I took to go see my girl in Salt Lake.

I take 70 enroute due to more scenery but let I-80 blow me home (ONE TANK) with heavy westerly winds

Default I-80 sucks all the way... I-70 more fun for most of it... US40 if you have the time

My favorite stomping ground is Berthoud Pass, Rabbit Ears is fun too.

From Denver to SLC you have a head/cross wind the whole way on I80.
