No & No, but I did get stopped for it a while back.
The cop just said nice car where's your plate? Then he said no worries and didn't blame me for not screwing a plate on the bumper

Heading S on I-25 @ Uintah. CSPD hiding behind the wall in their usual spot
Nailed w/ Instant-on KA my Bel didn't have a chance. Considering the circumstances and the fact that I wasn't paying attention I doubt V1 would have saved me... What do you think? Is the V1 that much better against instant-on and me being sloppy?
