Picked up a new iPhone 14 and now I have to go to a dealership to verify my identity???? This is REALLY annoying. I can't use all the features of Audi Connect, like sending and address to the car OTA, until re-verification is complete. Why the bleep do I suddenly need to do this? Did happen last year when I upgraded to the iPhone 13.

The app claims it'll take less than 5 minutes to complete. Yeah, but what about the time it takes to drive there then get someone's attention, then find someone who is both willing to do this and actually knows what to do.

Anyone know how to complete verification without wasting ~hour+ going to the dealership?

So the same exact thing happened to me a few weeks ago. I ended up having to call MyAudi and they reset it. Took 24 hours or so. Ironically, no issues at all when I got the new iPhone 14. Regardless, MyAudi is hot-*** garbage and buggy af. Worst thing about the car.

Yes the technology when it comes to this leaves a LOT to be desired. Mine has never worked as far as the ota function, so there’s that.

I had an issue with the maps showing live traffic for months - even after I paid the $365 for the subscription. So I just had to renew my subscription last week and now I'm having the same issue again.

VERY annoying considering I've now paid $730 and the only feature I want is live traffic and it doesn't load
