Audi S5 TC

Consumer Reports (who I used to make the foolish mistake of bashing but now trust dearly) rates the reliability of the 2000+ E Class much lower that the C5 A6 (which, I'll be the first too admit, was nothing to brag about, either). A few months back, Audi as a whole scored 13 in CR's quality and reliability study, one point behind Lexus (12) and only a few points behind Toyota (8, 9 or 10). Mercedes scored a 26, 27 or 28.

I appreciate all the info fellas. Yes, I am going to replace the GT3. I just dont have room for another car in the garage (let alone the fact that the wife would have a cow if I didn't get rid of one when I find a replacement -- she is strange that way....why must we men always "suffer").

I am leaning towards the RS6....one that has the certified warranty I think (just extra insurance I guess). Now all I have to do is sell my GT3 I guess. Oh boy. I just bought it in May. lol.

I will obviously post here once I make a call, and get rolling on this. Still researching a bit, and still need to drive one before i take the leap. Why are so many on the east coast! Damn!
