Audi's Electronic Service Information System,, under

section Chassis / Suspension / Hydraulic Dynamic Ride Control DRC - RS6, there are at least nine instances where the repair manual calls them struts. Can always fax you copies of the pages, if they give you a hard time.

But more important is the precedent that Fidelity set when they paid for jatwrite and other folks DRC repairs.
