Default Cna anyone take a look at their RS6 for me...

<center><img src="http://www.lucidapple.com/misc_images/audi/blade.gif"></center><p>
...I am looking to see if the flat door blades that are on the RS6, are actually flush with the car, or stick out at the bottom. Attached is a pic of what I am talking about. These are the flat blades, above the skirts. I was looking to see if you can retrofit them to an A6.

Flush with what? The underside of the door or the lower part of the door itself?

Default you have to get the complete lower door trim as well as the blades....

the blades themselves i don't believe will fit by themselves....

Default Flush with the lower portion of the door, above where the skirt would be...

...such that any non rs6 could put these in, in place of their existing blades, to give the appearance of a flat lower portion of the door if that makes any sense.

Default So if one put them on their non rs6...

...they would fit without a problem such that they were flush against the car? Replacing the regular blade with these to give the impression that they are flat on the door...

Yes, then rally is correct. They are completely flush.

Beats me. I don't have a standard A6 to compare with.

Default Yes, they are flush. I have a set of those (unpainted) waiting for the spring...

along with the lower RS6 side skirt. If you want, I'll throw one on and take a picture of what an A6 would look like with flat blades...I think it will look awful, but to each their own.

Default That would be amazing if you could do that...

If its not too much trouble, that would save me time and money for testing myself since you already have a set. you can email me, or post it up here.

Thanks BD!
