Which Extended Warranty do YOU have?

I did a search. I want to make sure the one I buy covers DRC, Trans, etc. I think the only question is on the DRC.
Can anyone that HAS an extended warranty or who is planning on purchasing one tell me what they learned?
Really trying to find out which company and what level is the best.
Thanks!

I have the Fidelity Platinum from the dealer, bought after a fair amount of research.
Some light reading for you, from previous posts...

My local dealer insisted that I buy one within 7 days of purchasing the car or he wouldn't sell it to me. I guess its his loss!
I assume dealers will vary in price?

I bought from a dealer close to work, after getting the car from a private party. Had planned to get the car CPO'd, but when neither the dealer nor Audi could produce paper that showed what was covered, went with the Fidelity, which compared favorably to the others I researched (for my specific situation).
Prices will vary - check the posts, and you'll see the range. Can't hurt to ask the other dealers around you.
Check the terms and conditions carefully - some of these deals actually start when the car was originally delivered, and so a 7 yr plan will end in 2010 no matter what. Others start when you buy them.

I have yet to hear of a DRC repaired under any extended warranty -- or rejected either. With only 1200 RS6s in the US, and fewer than all having DRC problems, and fewer still who post here, and most not into extended warranty coverage yet, it's not too surprising. But my call to Fidelity a while back resulted in some encouraging news, per link.

https://forums.audiworld.com/rs6/msgs/33691.phtml</a

It would not have been the first time for a dealer to be compensated for adding CPO coverage for a car - I know of at least two others: one where the private buyer and private seller worked with a dealer, and another where the dealer assisted the buyer after the fact.
In one example, the cost of adding the CPO coverage (inc labor) would have been similar to, but slightly less than, the cost of the most comprehensive service contract.

I was over 49000 miles with only a few weeks to go before running naked, sans warranty. Platinum was not available. Before buying I had the finance guy check with his head of service, who thought it would but not 100% sure. So, he got on the phone to Audi America and spefically asked if the Gold Plus Pure Protection plan will cover DRC failures, and was told yes. The coverage is for another 36,000 miles and 3 years (it is the mileage not the time I needed) from the time of purchase, so it gets me to 85K miles covered. If you still have time/mileage before your warranty coverage is over, wait, as the clock and odometer start for the coverage period when you buy it, not as an extension of the original warranty.
