Default Factory Wire for TRUNK mounted CD Changer
Does anyone know if the RS6 is prewired for the factory Trunk Mounted CD Changer?

I have an XM module that I installed last summer and at that time and just 5 minutes ago I did not see any 'other' connectors back there!

I am considering ICE LINK via Trunk Mount CD Changer cable (so as not to lose XM), and the info on Dension's website is a bit sketchy at best!

Good question. I would think not though since they all came with the in-dash 6 disc.

Default no there is not one.
I had to have one installed when my phatnoise was installed.

The cd trunk wiring was dropped in the 2003's and later. (my 2002 S6 had the wiring.)

thank you very much! I'll stick with the FM modulator! Works well enough for talk radio!

On closer inspection, there's no CD C button on the radio either LOL
