Default maybe off topic, but I would like opinion on MB 600SL...

My RS6 is still in the shop for DRC repair so I am entertaining myself with trying to replace my wife' 2001 TT because she does not want to shift anymore. It is immaculate if anyone is interested. We have found locally a pristine 2000 600 SL with 13K miles on it. It looks brand new and I can get it for $30K. Any opinions? It is a very cool V12.

Default You know my opinion....and it's kind of similar to the RS6. GREAT car...

...lots of fun, but expensive to repair if something breaks and not the most reliable car MB ever built. Warranty required unless you have big repair kitty set aside.

With those miles and condition, $30K is on-target. Do full cosmetic and mechanical PPI.

Good luck!

Bruce

That's not too bad. It certainly looks a bit lighter than our C5's.
