Question re UV protection
I found Rejex locally, bought some today. Noticed the bottle says nothing about UV protection, so I called. Explanation went something like this:
Rejex does not have or need UV protection because it is a barrier between sunlight & the finish. Most good waxes do have UV protection, but they need it because they break down so much faster.
Make sense? Has anyone here used Rejex long term & can speak to its usefulness in protecting against fade & oxidization?

I just used it -- finish looks good but wheels clean no easier than before.
I just used a garden hose to try to remove the brake dust. Some came off, but some remained -- just like before. It'll probably come off if I use high pressure water at a touchless car wash, but that got it off before too. So, I gotta conclude that Rejex did not make cleaning my OEM wheels any easier.
For the record I let the car sit in the garage overnight after application, so it had more than the recommended 12 hours "out of the elements" for proper curing. Temps in 60s when applied, probably 50s overnight in the garage.
