Tried to schedule my car for some minor repairs today and was told by the dealer that they would not provide me with a loaner vehicle.
I called my Audi Advocate and they informed me that there has been a policy change and that dealers that don't participate in the AoA loaner program have the right not to provide a loaner car those customers who did not purchase the car at that dealership.
Furthermore, the Audi Advocate could not provide me with a list of dealerships which do participate in the loaner program.
What great service for such an exclusive car!!!

that sucks, we got all our cars (rs6, a8l, a4) through Paul Miller and we get loaners for all of them...guess it varies greatly by dealer, but imo the A8L and RS6 should have loaners regardless

So long as you purchased the car from them (new or used) Sometimes may have to schedule out a week or two depending on the schedule, but they have always taken care of me. Should be a universal policy imho.
