Other than SpinEcho, has anyone found a permanent fix to the OnStar red light issue - if so, what?

Default I didn't weigh-in on your previous OnStar thread bec. I didn't want to jinx myself, BUT...

I've been green since Sept 7 when they replaced the OnStar control module for the 4th time. My SA did say that this module had a different part number than the previous one and typically I would only last about 4 weeks before it reverted to red. So I hesitate in calling it a "permanent fix," but I'm looking pretty good so far.

These service reports are tough to decipher, but I think the part number is: 8E0-035-616-CX

p.s. If I go red tomorrow, it's because you made me opened my big mouth here and I swear, I'm gonna come lookin' for you and............
