...and if only ONE is going to override the other 5 for that same airbag, well, so be it!
In conclusion, the only sensor missing is the one for the seatbelt buckle. Given that many folks don't always wear seat belts, I would doubt that this sensor would override all the others. Furthermore, as posted previously, if your car is in motion, I would think that the human that designed the system would make sure that airbags would deploy, unless the mulfunction was in the firing squad (ballast).
With that said, can you name your sources? Wondering how credible they really are.

are disabled. Not sure about the one you mentioned though as it relates only to the seatbelt. Mine happened because of the removal of the car seats which in my R32 have the airbags in the seat themselves. My light is still on and I have NO airbags working presently.
