1. Looks? RS6. The girl has some wide hips, unlike the slab sided S6. Looks sexy.
2. Speed? They've done a nice job with the S6 but the RS6 is still quicker. Depending on where you live, heat soak might be an issue in which case the S6 might have in general an advantage. The flip side to that (2 actually) is if you do live in a cooler climate, the RS6 transforms itself into a rocket. Also, at altitude, the turbocharged car is going to perform better.
3. Handling capabilities? Forget it. You're not buying either one of them to be an auto-X king. If you are a true racing enthusiast, both cars will do you well to get you to and from the track, but not on the track.
Price point is better for the RS6. Of course, you are buying a used car, not a new one and potentially some serious problems that might manifest itself along the way. (Trans, DRC, turbos, etc...) Another advantage to the RS6 is that you can chip it with appreciable results.
If it's modern day amenities you want with a no hassle warranty, go with the S6. If you intend to mod it, chip it, swap out the suspension and know that you will be pocketing about $25,000-$30,000 difference with the RS6 to have that ability, go with the RS6.
It all depends on what YOU want out of a car, not what we think.
