Tranny codes P1850 and P1857, anyone else?

Tranny codes P1850 and P1857, anyone else?
I'm getting these codes. The transmission seems to shift fine unless this has something to do with my ESP light on at high speed under acceleration? Besides 'Level 10', has anyone heard of this place http://www.europeantransmissions.com/Tranisite/audi.htm
They sell a rebuilt RS6 'ZF HP24A' tranny for $2650 exchange. They claim a few updates and improvements. MGH

If it is covered under warranty I hope it does go out.
I have felt lately that the power transfer has been weak occaisonally. Possibly Tq converter is slipping.

You can percieve the slipping of the tc as revs not matching acceleration. My car had it fail
twice. First time I did not know it was the transmission and torque converter as i was getting a complete loss of boost from the turbos, as they would shut down under heavy load. Turns out the torque converter was telling the engine to f-off as it was getting to much power to deal with. Second time it went I got a few CELs (don't know what they were) and i could feel the slipping very clearly.
