You should see over 140 every lap in a stock RS6 on any track with a long straight...
...if it's a really long straight, probably over 150. I've hit the high 130's lap after lap in my "ghetto" K04-powered S4 at Texas World Speedway (about a 2800' straight IIRC). An extra thousand feet or so (like at Road America) and more horsepower (like in an RS6) should be good for at least another 10mph...
Oh, and BTW, I've seen 180mph *once* in my S4 on the road. A stock RS6 should have enough HP for nearly 190mph (and a chipped one nearly enough HP for 200mph) once the limiter is gone.
