Just ordered my Panther Black with every option and the dealer talked me into the high gloss optic package with the Quattro script. I am concerned that this script will block my built in radar/laser device.2nd, maybe the car is " too black " with this package and then the 21 inch black wheel. Worried I may look like batman to my clients

I think you will definately look like Batman. I say go with it. ;-) While I never thought about it, the RS-7 is likely the most bat-mobile like car in production right now.

For me, when choosing between the carbon and aluminum optic packages, it was all about contrast. I wanted the pieces to stand out against the body color. I really wanted carbon fiber, but ultimately went with aluminum as i had chosen daytona gray pearl for the exterior. I found the carbon fiber too similar to the daytona. Its all personal preference, and im sure the car will look fantastic whatever you choose.

As far as Radar/Laser... they typically mount the jammers higher up closer to the headlights, and there's lots of room for the Radar unit higher up as well

Motorguy...I've got a post on my phantom black + carb optics and 21" black RS 7 wheels with pics. You should see it! It'll give you a decent idea of the look of the car, and if you want...I can post better pics of the carbon optics in greater detail.

I love the look of the car, being black, it gives a well suited appeal, the wheels and red calipers give aggressiveness to it. Yours will be a true black...so I'm sure it'll look very well suited up.
