Default Do you keep only the owners manual there or all the manuals and RS4 pleather folder as well.....

If only the owners manual try putting it all under there, mine has never budged.

If you do have everything already, try putting more stuff in the booklet. If that still doesn't work the dealer should replace that part.

Default Very strange...

check to make sure all of the prongs that hold the manuals are there and that all of them look the same. Maybe one of the prongs isn't doing it's job?

Default I had the same problem until I made sure I was pussing the package firmly into the prongs..

Once I did that I never had another problem

(in my 04S4) and thought I had misplaced it.
