P.S. just cause every other dealer has problems doesnt mean you have to be like that as well
just proves that jack daniels doesnt care about the customer as long as a another customer is right behind them...basically what happened on my rs4 deal.

it also takes one jerk of a manager or one jerk of a service advisor to make me never
want to do business, recommend business, or step foot on jack daniels Property again. Funny, how even you bashed Jack Daniels when you left for Action Tire and now you stick up for them when they are cutting your paycheck.

For better or for worse...
There is all new managment...the turnover rate in those positions is very, very high industry wide. If you had been a customer today, you may have had an completly different experience. I wish I could have prevented what ever happened with you at JD. The past is the past. I don't think I ever "bashed" JD, I just may not have agreed with everything that went on. My current position will allow me to impact more people within the company in a positve way.
