Stock pads have rivets that get exposed and can score the rotor.
Have the rotors measured and see if they are within specs (thick enough) and not too many groves and can just replace the pads. OEM rotors are about $600 a pop(for the front). There are aftermarket options I believe. Also I would highly suggest having them cryo'ed for more durability.

If your rotors aren't too badly scraped you probably can escape with not replacing them. They are 600 a pair if you do need to! Can you post a pic of your rotors?
For pads, you have a ton of options.
I'd go for the Hawk HPS pads, they are great for aggressive driving and have minimal dust/stopping power. They are also on sale now to.
We also have red stuff pads for much cheaper, but they dust a bit more than HPS pads. These too are on sale.
