It was a fleet/lease that when turned back in, was auctioned to another dealer. So was mine (mine was a Florida lease, then auctioned to a dealer in Denver, then sold to my Audi dealer at my request, and then purchased by me. Your big question should be if the Audi warranty is valid or if the dealer is going to put one on it, AND to see proof that someone has done a certified pre-owned Audi check, or at least fixed what is wrong with it (mine worked fine, had to take it in for an oil smell and they found transmission pan damage on a car that just never quite made it to certification at the previous dealer for some reason (want to guess why? cost 700 bills to fix the tranny pan). But I ended up with a full warranty from the dealer (not Audi).

No damage, low miles, about 32K out the door for mine (35K miles). Good luck.
