you said second home to the bay, so I figured SF bay area, but now I'm thinking you're in Washington somewhere, from the pics in your posts. 7600 ft in Washington...hmmm, that would narrow it down a bit.

Oddly enough we know a customer, race team sponsor as well, who lives near...
this fellow, who just happens to have an RS4, which happens to be his winter car. During the summer he drives this:

I do not have a picture of his RS4 in the snow, however it's arrived here littered with salt and grime as a support car. His car after Ohlins installation:

I believe he has met Snow Trooper as well up in Tahoe. Oh he also has this as a summer beater...

Dude...there are PLENTY of people that have winter cabins in Tahoe that have plenty of
money to buy "beater" RS4's. To them, they are just toys. To me, not so much. But unfortunately, if that guy refers to his car as his beater and Trooper passes that on...whats the deal? Some people have more money than they know what to do with and can call the RS4 a beater. If you can't, fine. If I can't, fine. But that doesn't mean everyone else can't. Get over it. Myself, if I could afford one, would NEVER take it to the snow in fear of like Trooper said, dings, nicks, snowplow, hitting stuff, dumb ***' hitting me, etc. Plus, they didn't bring the Avant over! <shaking head>

Curious...what IS that black Ferrari? I know he had the silver one. But the black
looks more like a race car with the windows???? Didn't he have a silver B6S4 before all those with 2Bennett gear? Or am I thinking of someone else?
