Not sure, but Premium Package went from $4700 for 2007 down to $4000 for 2008 and there are no separate options for Sirius and Bluetooth listed in the 2008 order guide. The RS4 base price jumped from $66,000 (2007) to $66,910 (2008). So, I guess they must have become standard...
