Default DRC Leakage Photos

Having run through these forums it seems this is a commonly experienced problem with the RS4's? Anyone have comments?

This is the only hassle I've had with this awesome car. This is the best car I have ever driven or seen. It will never get sold. A true classic.

I will be taking it in shortly to have it checked, by Audi.

Wow quite a leak. How are the back ones? I have to take pics of mine as I am at around 15.9k miles myself. Any noise from the suspension?
Pics to come.

Cheers

As the service lady told me... "the leaks are minor, but you may as well get the new parts"!
Per what I have heard they need to replace everything including the valves. Unfortunately if they do not they just prolong the problem, not fixing it.

cheers

I'll try again

I also have an issue with the DRC. My dealer ordered 8E0-412-019-B and 8E0-412-020-B, 1 Each.

They also ordered some type of Boots and hydraulic oil. They were supposed to order rear shocks also but they are not listed on the card the dealer sent.

My shocks have a diffrent number than at the top of this thread?

Default Audi now has a TSB on this

Just had my entire system replaced at 16K miles and 16 months. (Second time for DRC replacement). Let me know and I can scan. There is a TSB from Audi now on replacement of the DRC with "new" design seals/system.
No word on TSB for uniformed or unsupportive dealers to extricate head from ... yet though.

The last TSB I've seen is Audi claiming "sweating is normal". Mines are still sweating but no noise.

Appreciate if you can post the new TSB, maybe I will be able to get mine fix.....eventually.

Thanks
