The wheel is thinner than the RS Multi-function wheel and it requires the use of a TT or R8 airbag. No guarantees that the airbag will work properly if it's ever needed.

I am not planning to get this, was just curious. I am getting a suede euro wheel.

Why DOESN'T the Euro wheel retain the entertainment controls? What possible benefit is there to omitting them? Personally, I think this is real design flaw. I use these controls a lot on the fly...much more often than the "S" button.

...is that the center hole appears to be in a different location. This could just be an optical illusion or the camera angle playing tricks, but it makes me wonder if the R8/TT wheel would actually seat in the correct location on the RS4 steering column.
