H-Sport rear sway bar issue
One fine day a couple of weeks ago, I started hearing a loud metal popping sound emanating from under the my car around the rear suspension. It happened when I was backing off a curb and my car was leaning on the sway bar.
I had my car lifted and discovered that the pin and bolt holding the left side of the rear sway was missing. The popping sound was caused by that nut jamming into the hole on the bar when that arm was compressed.

Sway Bar left side - pin is missing, not connected

Left Side - sway bar disconnected from fram

Sway Bar Right Side - This one is ok.
I drove for about 10k miles on the sways before the bracket fell apart.
H-Sport took a look at the pictures and say that those are factory parts I can get from the dealor. I'll be looking into that.

Funny. . .
I had the same issue back in May. Rector couldn't recreate the noise and suggested that it may be a STaSIS MS issue.
So, I drove it to STaSIS, they lifted it up, and within 3 minutes. . . ahh, your sway is not attached. . . felt like an idiot.
Hope it works out, Greg.
