I'm planning on putting down $20k...how much did you guys put down and how much is your monthly payment? I was just curious as to what everyone is paying...thanks. I'm just going to hold off until I buy my house first though...

Also, I know residual value sucks but did anyone lease the car?

If you put $20k down on a car before you own a home, someone should break all of your fingers. I think that's a rule or something.

I have money set aside for down payment for the house...and like my original post...I will most likely wait on the purchase until after the house. The $20k was budgeted for my next car purchase...

If I did that, I'd have to report the lease payments as personal income....which would be taxable.
