seriously, check with your reseller.
cone seat bolts on ball seat wheels could be really bad. best case scenario, you'll ruin the wheels. worst case, a wheel falls off while you're driving.

Not according to HRE, Now I'm more confused
Scott,
You will need Conical Lug Bolts 14x1.50x27mm on your RS4 Monoblok Wheels

Well, I would go with what they send you then
I was told by HRE that all HRE Monoblocks used the ball seat lugs but maybe they meant all of the P-series monoblocks (but not the M-series monoblocks) use the ball-seat lugs. Regardless, use what they send you and re-torque them frequently the first couple of days to make sure they are staying put.

Re: You know what, they did that on mine also...
At least HRE is stepping up and sending us out bolts at no charge. still a little concerned since they are sending out 27mm length. I know my stocks that are 27mm were far to short. Do you know the length you used?

Re: One thing you could do is actually look at the wheels
I would think that also, I had installed at high quality performance shop that does mostly Audi's and Porsche. The first technician stood there looking at it and rubbing his finger in it trying to tell, He then called over the manager and he also could not tell. Thats when they called Wheels Boutique to check and were told ball, which we now know is wrong. Still a bit concerned about this, Since they admit they made wrong in the first place I wonder if I have some sort of hybrid between the cone/ball
