better AFR for making power, a little better timing map, eliminate the 52% throttle valve angle restriction below 5250 RPM in gears 1-2-3, improve throttle response...and you've got a nice chunk of gains, and a much nicer curve.
Get deeper into the tune as JHM has (they make over 100 changes, not just 5-6) and you've got even more, not to mention launch control which they include on their tune.

Don't forget to mention that the JHM tune has been unavailable for at least 7 months with real real time frame for that to change, so need to consider other options in regards to that.

with respect to availability, I don't think it will be too long before they're ready to go live with the tune. I don't think it was his concern anyway...he appeared to want to understand what is changed/how the tuners make more power. Most of them do what I outlined. JHM is a little more in depth.
Why are you eliminating the tune from your car to go back to stock LGibson? Saw your thread on quattroworld. Most tuners should be able to do this for you. If you have APR or GIAC the dealer will. They may charge you a PITA fee of like $150-200 though.

Would please like some insight from others who have installed intake manifold spacer and removed the port dividers.
About to get a carbon cleaning and trying to decide if I should also install the spaces and remove the port dividers. I have read some of the posts about it, a lot of great information and has been helpful. I have spoke to some local performance shops in and around my area as well as an Audi shop forman about it as well. My hesitation is that some of these individuals are advising me against doing so. Because they say either it won’t make any noticeable difference at all during normal or spirited driving and only useful if the car is tracked. Or that you will lose low end TQ and HP to gain some on the top end. Which is absolutely not what I want at all. Any real world experience and insight would be greatly appreciated.
Thank You
